If the stars align, and they normally do, then we can pull it off.
Here are the steps:
First we will place your home on the market by including that you need to have the right to rent back for 30 days.
This way buyers will know the parameters in advance, and this will give us time to do the following.
Market your home and find a buyer willing to pay a price you are comfortable with.
We will negotiate a 45 day closing date for your home.
They will then take 10 days to inspect your home.
We will then have 35 days to find a home, and remember you will have the right to rent back after closing if you want it.
This will allow for 35 days to find a home, and another 30 (with the rent back period, to close.
This should allow plenty of time to accomplish the goal without having to rent back.
